absolutley shocked that a so-called "premium" hotel has longer keycodes than necessary—how hard is it to remember 4 digits? also, since i didn’t receive any complimentary champagne or even a welcome gift, i simply could not give this place a good review. the service didn’t impress either, which is just unacceptable in today’s world.

The Standard Single Room is cozy with useful amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and private bathroom. Loved the comfy bed and quiet street view. The customer service was top-notch, especially when the manager personally returned my lost items. Such a nice gesture! the spa facilities were really relaxing.
